Welcome! Your cShop store is live on Licofy. We already handled the hosting for you: subdomain and HTTPS, database and files, web server config, your admin account, and all background jobs. This guide takes you from login to your first sale in about 15 minutes. Follow the steps in order ??? each one builds on the last.
Step 1 ??? Log in to your admin panel
Open https://YOUR-SUBDOMAIN.licofy.com/admin and log in with the admin email and password from setup. You should see products, orders and settings in the sidebar. If you forget the password, use the store's Forgot password link.
Demo check: open your storefront in a private window ??? you should see your store name and an (empty) catalog. That confirms the site, database and web server are all healthy.
Step 2 ??? SMTP: switch on your store's email
Without SMTP your store is mute: no order confirmations, no password resets. In your admin go to Settings ??? Connection, fill host (e.g. smtp.gmail.com), port, encryption (tls/ssl), username and password ??? then use the send test mail button. Only proceed when the test arrives (check spam too).
Step 3 ??? Payments: let customers pay you
Open the payment gateways page and enable at least one method ??? bank transfer, wallet balance, or an online gateway ??? with your real receiving details.
Demo check: place a small test order yourself and pay it. Watch it appear under Orders, then refund or cancel it. If money and status both move correctly, payments work.
Step 4 ??? Connect supply through LicoSup
Your products are flat ??? what you see is what you sell (for example 711 Xoay-1GB, 711-50IP), each product carrying its own price and stock. Supply flows like this:
- Open supplier.licofy.com and go to Connect a supplier.
- Pick your supplier and click Generate key. Copy it immediately ??? it is shown once. Also copy the endpoint URL. New shops: matching suppliers are usually pre-connected automatically ??? then skip to Sync.
- In your shop admin, open the Add API / Supplier page and paste both, then save.
- Back in the supply hub, open Wallet, select your product wallet, click Request top-up, transfer, and wait for approval. Ordering unlocks above the minimum.
- Back in your admin, sync products/categories. Open a product to confirm its price and stock.
- Optional: in the hub open My products ??? products are grouped in scrollable boxes per category ??? and untick anything you don't want to sell.
Demo check: as a customer, buy one unit of a cheap product. Stock should drop by one and the order should appear in your admin with the buyer's details.
Step 5 ??? Daily routine (2 minutes)
- Wallet: top up before it empties ??? orders pause automatically at zero.
- Catalog: re-sync when new products arrive.
- Keys: disable + regenerate + repaste if one leaks.
- Refunds: cancelled upstream orders refund your wallet automatically (full amount including markup).
